At Jems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we offer both digital goods (courses, templates, e-books) and digital/consulting services, our refund policy is structured based on the type of product you purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Digital Products (Courses, Guides, & Templates)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our online courses and digital resources under the following conditions:

• Commitment to Learning: To be eligible for a refund, you must show that you have engaged with the material (e.g., completed less than 20% of the course modules) and explain why the content did not meet your expectations.
• Instant Downloads: For single digital downloads (such as single proposal templates or checklists) where content is fully accessed instantly, refunds are generally not granted unless the file is proven to be corrupted or defective.

3. Services & Consultation Fees

• Consulting & Strategy Sessions: Payments made for one-on-one consulting, SEO audits, or strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
• If you need to reschedule a session, you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice, or the session fee may be forfeited.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria above and would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your full name, order number, and the email address associated with the purchase.
3. Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund so we can improve our services.

5. Processing Approved Refunds

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
